Our YMCA soccer programs  leagues promote skill development, sportsmanship, and physical fitness for boys and girls of all ages. Coaches focus on teaching age-appropriate techniques such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and defending while promoting a positive, team-centered experience. Both indoor and outdoor soccer options are available seasonally.

VOLLEYBALL

Build teamwork and coordination with this fast-paced, fun sport. Serve up the fun with our youth volleyball program designed for players interested in learning how to play volleyball. Participants learn the basics of bumping, setting, and serving while developing agility, coordination, and team strategies. Whether your child is new to the sport or ready for league play, the Y has a volleyball program to match.

T-Ball & Baseball

Hit it out of the park while learning sportsmanship and the basics of the game. T-ball is often a child's first introduction to organized sports. Our YMCA T-ball and baseball program focuses on teaching the basics of hitting, catching, throwing, and base running in a supportive, non-competitive setting. Kids will build skills while learning the importance of teamwork, taking turns, and staying active outdoors.

Dodgeball

Fast-paced and full of excitement, our YMCA dodgeball program help kids improve agility, coordination, and teamwork—all while having a blast! We offer seasonal dodgeball programs, with a focus on friendly competition, fair play, and physical activity in a safe environment.

All About Sports

Get ready to run, jump, throw, and play! All About Sports is the perfect introduction for young athletes who want to try it all. This action-packed program introduces kids to a variety of popular sports in a fun, non-competitive environment. Each week focuses on a different sport—such as soccer, basketball, t-ball, volleyball, track & field, and more (each session will be predetermined)—giving children a chance to learn the basics, build coordination, and discover what they enjoy most.
