Sensory Friendly Sundays
We would like to welcome Neurodivergent Families to come enjoy our West End Pool in a quieter modified environment designed for those with diverse sensory needs. All participants under 6 must have a parent/guardian in the water. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED by the Saturday before attending date.

TIME: 4-5:30 pm / FEE: Y members FREE & non-members $8/family.

Jump Rope Challenge
"Jump" Into Your Fintness Goals-15 Day Jump Rope Challenge Begins Saturday, February 1-Saturday February 15. Select "Jump Rope" when entering your tracked workout in the app! Each day complete # of sets for that day, total minutes jump would be total for that day. Example -Jump rope for 1 minute on day 1. Day 2- 2 sets of jumping rope for 1 minute= 2 minutes total. Day 3- 3 sets of jumping rope for 1 minute= 3 minutes total. Day 15- 15 sets of jumping rope for 1 minute=15 minutes total. Sets can be broken up and done throughout the day!
