- Hearth Room: Largest room with a giant stone fireplace and full-length windows on three sides, an outdoor deck, and kitchen. Accommodates up to 100 people
- Arbor Room: Full-length windows on 3 sides provide great views. Includes kitchen and deck. Accommodates up to 50 people
- Skeggs Chapel: Newly renovated with a spacious kitchen, and restroom. Accommodates up to 65 people
- Pool Pavilions & Pool Arbor: Available during summer for pool parties. Located in the water park. Accommodates 40 people
- Pavilion A: Closest to the water park and next to a sand volleyball court. It has a water spigot, a charcoal grill, 14 picnic tables, electricity, portable restrooms, lights, and a pop machine. Accommodates 150 people
- Pavilion B: Includes 16 picnic tables, water spigots, lights, and electricity. Portable restrooms and parking are nearby. Accommodates 150 people
- Pavilion C: The largest pavilion, has 18 picnic tables, charcoal grill, water spigot, and electricity. Portable restrooms and parking are nearby. Accommodates 200 people
- Hilltop Pavilion: Closest access to the pool and playground. Amenities include picnic tables, grill and electricity. Accommodates 90 people
