AERIAL YOGA: Aerial Yoga is a physical workout in a yoga hammock that incorporates stretching, dynamic flexibility development, traditional yoga poses, ballet, pilates, acrobatics, and inversion therapy combined to create all over body transformation, increased coordination, and strength.
BALANCE AND STABILITY:A class designed to strengthen the muscles and joints of the lower body and core to help reduce the risk of falling, as well as improve your gait and reaction time.
INTRO TO BALANCE AND STABILITY: This intro class for those who are presently dealing with mobility issues; use a cane, walker, in need of a joint replacement and need to improve movement, speed, posture. The goal is the same as the regular balance and stability but modified for individuals with the previously stated obstacles.
BASIC TRX: The TRX suspension trainer is a specially designed piece of equipment that uses your bodyweight as the resistance, making modifications and progressions extremely easy. This workout will not only target all your muscles but it will place a special emphasis on your core. Get a great total body workout with one simple piece of equipment. In our Basic class you will enjoy the benefits of TRX without any of the higher intensity exercises.
CARDIO KICKBOXING: Use a combination of kicks and punches to improve your aerobic fitness and muscular strength.
CHAIR YOGA: Your instructor will guide you through a series of yoga poses that can be done while seated or standing and using the chair for stability. These poses will help improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance. Overall you can enjoy the benefits of yoga regardless of age, ability, or physical condition.
CYCLE: A powerful aerobic conditioning workout on a stationary bike, with an energetic atmosphere, that strengthens the heart and lungs while burning calories.
CYCLE TRX: Enjoy a workout that will meet your cardio and strength needs all in one hour. This class will combine 30 minutes of cycling with 30 minutes of strength training on the TRX straps.
DANCE FITNESS: This easy to follow choreography provides a total body workout and keeps your heart rate up. Have fun dancing while burning calories and improving your cardiovascular endurance.
HIIT: High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods.
HIIT CIRCUIT (SMALL GROUP TRAINING): A High Intensity Interval Training workout, consisting of work and rest intervals, performed as a circuit. Learn to use various pieces of equipment in the Training Studio and improve your strength, endurance, agility and balance with this total body workout.
KETTLEBELL TRAINING: Perform a variety of exercises with the unique piece of equipment that will help develop power, strength, endurance and flexibility.
MX4 Small Group Training: A short, fast paced workout using a variety of equipment to give you a total body workout that will improve your overall fitness. This small group setting will give you more individualized attention while maintaining the energy of a class. (Please add MX4 under Group EX so people will also find it there in addition to finding it under Personal Fitness)
MX4 ACTIVE Small Group Training: Designed to keep you from having to get on the floor, this low impact workout uses a variety of equipment & movements to improve your fitness level and quality of life. It consists of 45 minutes of low to mid range intensity exercises with options to increase/decrease intensity as needed. The areas of focus are balance, flexibility, coordination plus strength, endurance, power and cardio.
PILATES: Pilates develops strength (especially of the core), flexibility, muscular endurance, balance and coordination through exercises that emphasize control of movement, proper form and alignment, breathing and technique.
PiYo: PIYO combines the best of Pilates and the best of Yoga in continuous, fluid movement to great, rockin' music. You are always moving! Using only body weight you gain strength, flexibility, balance and body control. Almost every movement targets legs and core. It's a low-impact workout for every age and fitness level but always challenging and never boring. Just bring your body, your yoga mat, and be prepared to have fun moving and improving.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING: This class combines the benefits of cardio with strength training through intervals or circuits, targeting all the major muscles of the body. Not only will you get a total body workout but you will also improve your agility, balance, speed and coordination.
STRENGTH AND MOBILITY: The intensity of Strength and Conditioning with the bonus of movement focus. Increasing strength, range of motion, flexibility, and stability is the goal of this class. Nothing is off limits as far as equipment and movement. Get strong and move freely!
STRENGTH TRAINING: Perform resistance exercises using various pieces of equipment, including dumbbells, to increase strength and get a total body workout.
TABATA: Tabata is a specific format of High Intensity Interval in which you perform multiple rounds of a 20:10 (seconds) work to rest ratio. Prepare to be challenged.
TABATA STRENGTH: Just like traditional Tabata, this class uses intervals of hard work and recovery, but incorporates strength into the workout as well. Work in rounds of 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest between.
TAI-CHI: A form of martial arts that uses slow rhythmic meditative moves to help you find peace and calm.
TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT: Using ropes, TRX, kettlebells, weights and more, this circuit class will push your body to the limit for the ultimate workout.
TREAD AND SHRED: Interval training with strength and mobility work. The instructor will take you through three different cardio phases that will push you out of your comfort zone on the Treadmill, followed by a series of strength exercises. All levels welcome, run or walk.

If you enjoy frequent changes to your workout to fight the boredom of a routine, then this class will meet our needs and keep you challenged.
TURBO KICK: Turbokick is a fun shadow boxing, non-contact workout to music you will love. Easy-to-learn punching/kicking patterns alternate with high intensity intervals for a great cardiovascular workout. The fighting is pretend but the fitness and fun are real. And, honestly, anyone can do it. No black belts required! Turbo Kick is a challenging cardio vascular workout disguised as a party!!
WOMEN ON WEIGHTS: Outside, as weather permits, where you will learn the correct techniques of lifting free weights. Class will be in the Weight Room when weather dictates.
YOGA: Be guided through a series of physical postures designed to enhance flexibility, strength and balance, while also promoting relaxation and reducing stress. You will also experience breathing exercises aimed at improving overall health and well-being.
YOGA/PILATES: a fusion of two practices that will guide you through focused breathing, precise movement, and proper alignment. This flow of movement will also improve your overall strength and balance, while decreasing stress.
ZUMBA: Zumba is a high-energy, Latin-inspired dance fitness program that combines dynamic moves with infectious music, creating an irresistible party atmosphere.
SILVERSNEAKERS®
SILVERSNEAKERS® CARDIO is a low impact, follow-the-leader cardio class followed by weights, bands and a stretch. A chair used to provide support.
SILVERSNEAKERS® CIRCUIT is a class that features upper-body strength workouts using hand-held weights,elastic tubing with handles and other fun accessories in non-impact aerobic activity. A chair is available for support and easy head-to-toe stretching.
SILVERSNEAKERS® CLASSIC offers something for everyone, regardless of fitness level, and can help improve overall strength and flexibility helping you stay healthy and independent. As in other SilverSneakers® classes, the instructor guides you through the exercises at your own pace.
SILVERSNEAKERS® BALANCE AND STABILITY is designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. It will help you prevent falls by focusing on improving strength around the ankle, knee, and hip joints while improving reaction time.
SILVERSNEAKERS® YOGA helps you learn gentle, effective stretching and help maintain joint flexibility and prevent injury.
WATER
AQUACISE: A low impact exercise class designed to increase muscle tone and flexibility with aerobic conditioning. No swimming skills required.
AQUA KICKBOXING: A series of cardio kick and punch combos to shape and sculpt the body.
AQUA HIIT: This is a high intensity interval training class adapted for the water. It is designed to alternate periods of high intense intervals intermingled with periods of active recovery. The goal is to work your way up on your own intensity level and always keep moving.
AQUA STOP: A cardio workout using an elevated platform to step up and down while working against water resistance.
AQUA ZUMBA: Integrating the Zumba formula with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, the class blends it all together in a safe, yet challenging water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, toning, and most of all exhilarating FUN beyond belief.
DEEP WATER BOOT CAMP: A physically challenging water workout that will push you to your limits. The focus is on agility, and cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
DEEP WATER JOG: A moderate intensity, no impact program with a warmup, aerobic workout and cool down. Floatation belts provide buoyancy and full range of motion. You can be in shallow water.
SILVERSNEAKERS® SPLASH: A water exercise class for members designed by Tivity’s Silver Sneakers. This low impact cardio class helps to improve range of motion and balance.
WATER MOVEMENT: Using different ROM and water resistance to improve strength, cardio endurance, balance, and coordination.
